Sarah G Lipman has been licensed broker in Manhattan firms for the past 11 years, specializing in residential sales and 1031J exchanges of multiple properties. Sarah understands the fast moving ever-fluid real estate market from all angles including property location, sales in condos and co-ops, rentals, development, space planning, renovation, and project management.


She has an edge in helping clients cut through the hype, remove many of the stressors that affect the process, and select a property that is a good fit. She encourages clients to explore different locations and consider various purchasing and rental options. One of Sarah’s specialties is helping clients focus and establish a list of priorities.


A native New Yorker currently living on Central Park South, Sarah attended The Brearley School and was graduated from Loomis Chaffee and Brandeis University. She earned a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Executive Coaching from the University of Sydney.
