Paul Johansen is a Licensed Real Estate Broker who is making an immediate and successful impact on the New York City and Brooklyn market. In his first 4 years he has earned "CORE Top Ten" status and the highest number of townhouse transactions in Fort Greene and Clinton Hill (2014).
Paul takes great pride with his attentive, creative and well informed approach with clients. Prior to selling real estate, he started his career as a mortgage bond trader eventually going on to work in the financial technology sector and finally directing his own marketing consulting firm. The footprints from these prior jobs are pivotal to his success for his clients as they provide him with a comprehensive understanding for both marketing and negotiation.
Beyond a long and established resume, Paul is best known for the personal and trustworthy relationships with his clients. In his eyes, finding a perfect home for his clients, or selling his client’s home for the highest price with a smooth transaction is his motivation. Creating a composed, open and deeply resourceful presence in what can often be an overwhelming process is his cornerstone principle.
As a longtime resident of New York City, he currently resides in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.
