BIO

Monica Guerra joins CORE as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson working alongside Robin Riley. As a property manager and landlord for over fifteen years and with experience in real estate developments and investment acquisitions, it was natural for her to transition into real estate. Through this experience Monica has developed strong management and organizational skills which allow her to provide her buyers and sellers discreet, detailed and personal service.

When she first moved to New York City in 1998, Monica used her degree in interior design and fashion illustration to work with home owners on interior design projects. Today she uses that expertise in each of her real estate transactions, with her creativity being an integral part of assisting new buyers. Whether it’s a suggested renovation or design decision, Monica understands prospective buyers’ wants and sees all the potential a property has to offer.

Monica currently resides in Park Slope.
