With fourteen years of residential real estate experience, Michael Rosser brings not only a great understanding of the geography of the New York real estate market, but also an ability to work diligently under pressure. Michael’s unconventional path into real estate began at Georgia Institute of Technology, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in Molecular Biology. As a geneticist, Michael missed interpersonal interaction and decided to follow his passion in real estate where he has flourished. Although he has left the lab behind, Michael still incorporates a scientific approach with his clients by focusing on results and successfully navigating the often stressful New York real estate market.
For 8 years, Michael focused on the sale and marketing of new condo developments before working with co-op buyers and sellers. Here he developed invaluable skills regarding the preparation and processing of purchase, and sublet applications for some of the most stringent of buildings in the city. Licensed in six states and an active member of both the National Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Board of New York, Michael’s experience in other markets makes him the perfect guide for those new to the city.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, staying fit, playing video games and still finds time to volunteer at his local Housing Works. Michael currently resides in Hell’s Kitchen with his partner Josh and his miniature long-haired dachshund, Lola.
