New Development Research Associate|Lic. Real Estate Salesperson
Michael Maniawski is the New Development Research Associate at CORE, where he oversees all statistical market research, written analysis and database management. With a primary focus on new developments, Michael works directly with the project teams to perform in-depth market research pertaining to existing and future CORE projects. He also plays an integral role in business development, producing comprehensive reporting and case studies which are essential to quantifying the many micro markets which combine into the New York City real estate marketplace.
Prior, Michael had a successful career as a sales associate with one of the country’s largest residential brokerage firms. As one of their youngest hires, he established a reputation for creating innovative marketing strategies and having an encyclopedic knowledge of market inventory.
Originally from the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, he graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College at the University of Akron with a degree in Business Administration and a specialization in Marketing.
