BIO

Kristina Wallison brings her wealth of experience and record of success to CORE after 14 years in New York City real estate. With her partner, Robert McCain, Kristina has been responsible for over half a billion dollars in sales in the past 5 years. Kristina has served as Director of Sales for several important new developments including most recently Philip House, Devonshire House and 48 Bond, where she worked on design, pricing, branding, marketing and sales.

Kristina's clients value her ability to find distinctive properties, provide thorough information, negotiate the best possible terms, creatively market and promote exclusives and communicate effectively and honestly. A lifelong New Yorker who has lived on the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown, Greenwich Village, Noho, Soho and Tribeca, Kristina has a depth of neighborhood knowledge, an excellent eye and an ability to identify wonderful properties to invest and live in.

Kristina received an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She also attended The Spence School in NYC and Phillips Academy in Andover, MA. Prior to entering the world of real estate, she worked at the management-consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton advising media and entertainment companies on business strategy, and at ABC News.

Kristina is currently co-directing the sales and marketing of 70 Vestry, a new construction condominium in Tribeca, designed by Robert A.M. Stern and developed by the Related Company.
