BIO

With over 30 years of real estate experience, Jill Libman is known as an industry veteran whose market knowledge has earned her a reputation for results and client loyalty. She raises the bar with her consistent sales which include brokering cooperative, condominium and townhome transactions as well as 1031 Tax Free Exchanges for her many investors.

Gaining recognition through her vast experience in co-op conversions, tenants’ rights transactions, on site sales and relocation of Fortune 500 executives, she makes it a priority to build strong relationships with each client by sharing her knowledge with prospective buyers and sellers.

Many of Jill’s professional traits stem from her prior experience as former teacher and owner/director of Camp Hillard in Scarsdale, NY. She is well traveled, fluent in French and possesses the natural charm and listening skills to win the confidence of her clientele.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, B.A. she also holds her M.A. from New York University. As a member of the Real Estate Board of NY, she is a nationally certified Relocation Specialist and Notary Public. Jill is an active member of the Heritage Society at the University of Michigan, The Interlochen Arts Academy, Temple Emanuel and the Alzheimer’s Association. When taking a moment to relax, she spends her time in Westhampton and enjoys showing her prize winning Standard Poodles.
