Jill Damico started her career in Manhattan real estate in 2010. She has extensive experience working with both buyers and sellers, and has transacted deals in co-ops and condos throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Jill has also worked with local and foreign investors, and prides herself on helping her clients make smart decisions by presenting them with pertinent market data and facts.
Jill strives to provide her clients with the best service possible while going above and beyond to help them reach their unique goals. Known for being honest, ethical and perseverant, she always protects her clients’ best interest which has helped her forge lasting relationships and build a largely based referral business. She is also a Certified Negotiation Expert, and known for her creative and tenacious approach.
Jill is an avid sailor and traveler. She has run the New York City Marathon twice, where she’s fundraised for the American Cancer Society.
