Gerry Kendrick of The Kendrick-Korant Team brings a unique skill set to CORE. His marketing prowess, financial acumen and eye on the market bring a wealth of knowledge to his clients. He is able to help clients see an investment opportunity from different perspectives.

Along with business partner Arthur Korant, Gerry will continue an amazing success story at CORE with the goal of helping sellers, buyers and investors realize significant returns on their investments. Gerry Kendrick and the team thoroughly enjoy the finesse of negotiations and the honor of helping their clients navigate the often-daunting process of buying or selling their homes. Prior to joining CORE, Gerry has over thirteen years of experience at a major real estate firm, where he consistently ranked among the top producers in his office. In addition to his diverse career experience in sales, marketing and financial management, Gerry holds a BA in Political Science from Florida State University and an MBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. He has been a member of the Real Estate Board of New York since 2002. Gerry also supports organizations such as the ASPCA, the Broadway Mall Association and various other charities.
