A lifelong New Yorker, Mark joined CORE Group Marketing after working with one of the largest residential real estate brokerage firms in the city. Bringing with him not only an understanding of the city’s real estate market, but also a concentrated focus on customer service whether working with renters approaching the New York market for the first time, helping buyers navigate the process of purchasing a home, or working with sellers to market their property as efficiently as possible with maximum results. In any scenario it is understood that finding or selling ones home, an emotional undertaking in any circumstance, requires hard work, not to mention a sense of humor, to successfully shepherd a transaction from beginning to end. The ultimate goal is complete customer satisfaction, to create working relationships that stay the course for several years, and transactions.

Before moving into sales, Mark worked closely with Columbia University’s Director of Commercial Leasing in a role that offered tremendous opportunities to learn about customer service. Overseeing the day-to-day management of Columbia’s portfolio of over seventy commercial spaces offered a unique perspective on how to balance the needs of tenants with those of the owner - a terrific foundation on which to build the skill set required to work with both buyers and sellers. Add to that his experience on the staff responsible for the successful management of N.Y.U’s Tisch School of the Arts Second Avenue building in the east village, as well as life as a Manhattan resident whose been a renter, then a buyer who purchased, renovated, and sold a lower east side condo, and later purchased and gut renovated the lower east side coop where he lives now.
