Mark J. Ripka

Mark Ripka is the Chief Operating Officer of CORE Group Marketing and he has nearly 20 years of experience in residential, commercial and retail real estate. Mark oversees CORE’s day-to-day operations, including implementing new policies and procedures while leading the firm’s growing staff of over 50 agents. Ripka partners with Shaun Osher, CORE’s Founder and CEO, on strategic recruiting of top-tier agents and managed the construction of CORE’s new flagship retail space in Chelsea.
Prior to joining CORE, Ripka served as vice president at DPS Sporting Club Development Company, where he was responsible for creating and implementing the firm’s brokerage outreach strategy. DPS develops private, single-family residential sporting communities including The Greenbrier Sporting Club in West Virginia, Turks & Caicos Sporting Club at Ambergris Cay in the British West Indies, and Jackson Hole Sporting Club in Wyoming.
Prior to DPS, Ripka had managed two brokerages for Sotheby’s International Realty and served as an agent at Brown Harris Stevens. Ripka has worked in various capacities at several of the country’s premier real estate companies including Developers Diversified Realty, Hines, Cushman & Wakefield, and CB Richard Ellis.
Ripka began his career in real estate as a commercial broker, moving to retail and commercial development, before focusing on residential sales and marketing. He graduated from The George Washington University and Columbia Business School.
