Joaquin Parral

Joaquin Parral is the Design Director at CORE where he is responsible for overseeing the design of all of CORE’s brand materials.
Joaquin provides CORE agents with all the tools they need to showcase their properties in the best light in order to help sell their properties. He works with CORE agents to design and coordinate all marketing collateral for their listings including show sheets, mailers, signage and all print and online materials. In addition to producing all the marketing collateral for CORE’s listings, Joaquin also designs and coordinates the production of all CORE brand materials including the newsletter, CORE Resource, the company’s monthly market report, the CORE Real Time Report and the CORE Slideshow, which can be viewed at CORE’s Chelsea storefront.
Joaquin comes to CORE after working in the advertising industry. He started his career as a studio production artist and worked his way up to art director, a job that gave Joaquin a strong background in marketing and advertising. Joaquin’s position at CORE allows him to combine these marketing skills with his creativity and expertise in graphic design.
Joaquin received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Originally from San Diego, Joaquin currently resides in Brooklyn.
