Having worked in Manhattan's luxury residential market for almost a decade, Daniel Amell joins CORE as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. With the ability to effectively identify and meet the needs of buyers and sellers, his outstanding attention to detail and personable nature contributes to his dedication to exceeding clients’ expectations.
One of the driving factors in his decision to pursue a career in real estate, Daniel finds true joy in helping others and understands the true meaning of client service. With previous experience in retail sales, he is well-versed in negotiating both sides of a deal, as well as the intricacies of managing a transaction. He is committed to building strong, lasting relationships with clients, whether it is their first real estate transaction or they are an experienced buyer or seller.
Daniel graduated from Fulton-Montgomery Community College in Johnstown, New York, followed by The Institute of Audio Research in Manhattan. Residing in New York City since 2003, Daniel has a true passion for the city and all it has to offer. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family, songwriting, playing basketball and golfing.
