CORE has taken on the challenge of selling the converted condos at Chelsea’s 650 6th avenue.  Now known as The Cammeyer- a tribute to a shoe store that was once in the Ladies’ Mile building, the development has been getting lots of postitive press about sales momentum since making the marketing switch from white-box galleries to historic lofts.  CORE has brought one of the buildings crown jewels back to the market. Ron Arad has created this incredibly unique luxury bath concept that is also multi-purpose, transforming from a bath to a shower as the whole unit revolves.  Arad worked with Italian bath brand Teuco to bring the concept to life… Very Inspiring.

HGTV is teaming up with the W Downtown hotel to promote and give away a luxurious loft. The lucky winner of the HGTV Urban Oasis Giveaway will get a $1.5 million package that includes the fully furnished 900 square foot apartment in the W and a brand-new Acura Sports Coupe. The last episode of HGTV Selling New York featuring CORE Real Estate dealt with selling some of our highest priced properties while racing the clock. Something tells us finding someone who wants this “Urban Oasis” wont be as hard.

A new building at 257 Bowery is making the elevator its prime asset. More than just an elevator it is a 12’ by 20’ feet moving room with a gallery space and surrounded by milled glass. The lift will also boast a red glow that will be sure to light up a late night stroll down the Bowery

Crosby Hotel

Sundays are no longer lazy thanks to the Sunday Night Film Club at the Crosby Street Hotel. The dinner and movie concept is upgraded with the Crosby’s plush interors and gourmet food/drink offerings from the Crosby Bar. All movies are screened in the hotels state of the art cinema.
