Arthur Korant comes to CORE partnered with Gerry Kendrick of The Kendrick-Korant Team. Arthur is well-known for providing outstanding service to his clients and building long-lasting relationships with both sellers and buyers. After an illustrious career in advertising and marketing, Arthur brought his expertise to real estate and The Kendrick-Korant Team has created unique tools and strategies to help their clients. These include a detailed analysis of readying a home for sale, a step-by-step buying process guide and the unique buyer/property personality survey that identifies the emotional connections of buyers to their home.

Arthur is proud to have worked with clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens and takes pride in knowing interesting and quirky details of each neighborhood. He is pleased to be able to work with clients from an initial meeting through the purchasing process and even renovations. Arthur is a native New Yorker and long-time resident of the Upper West Side. He is an active volunteer at Bailey House and serves on the board of the Museum at Eldridge Street. He also is a patron and member of Lincoln Center, the Manhattan Theatre Club and the Roundabout. In addition to being fluent in French, Arthur holds a BFA in fine arts from The Cooper Union in New York City, an MA in art history from The University of Illinois and an MFA in photography from The City University of New York.
