Serving as a sales associate at CORE, Susan Rubell has over 25 years of experience in real estate and has achieved over $60 million in sales throughout her career. With diverse experience in on-site new development sales, co-op conversions, resales and corporate rentals, Susan has a broad knowledge of the New York City real estate market.

Susan is known for her outstanding client relationships, always putting her clients’ needs and concerns as a priority. Her genuine professionalism and enthusiasm with both buyers and sellers has earned Susan a solid reputation for taking care of clients and paying detailed attention to each deal that she is involved with. Noting that there is never a project too big or too small, Susan often oversees renovations and restagings in order to get the best possible deal for her clients.

Having worked for both large and small real estate brokerages, as well as venturing her own real estate firm, Susan also owned a jewelry company where she designed and manufactured pieces of jewelry and consulted with larger jewelers throughout the Northeast. Susan currently lives in Murray Hill and enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with her family.
