Ryan received an MBA from Yale University and a BA in Urban Studies from Stanford University. As a Director at Standard & Poor's, Ryan honed his analytical and deal-making skills as the lead consultant on multi-billion dollar real estate debt financings. He also spent five years working in non-profit community development and urban planning. Raised on the Upper East Side and a long-time resident of Chelsea, Ryan has also lived and studied abroad and speaks French fluently.
