Parul Brahmbhatt serves as an agent for CORE after five years at one of the most prominent brokerages in New York City, where she was a member of the Million Dollar Circle and part of the top 1.7% of brokers in the country. She is well-versed in the sales of co-ops, condos and townhouses, and has helped REITs locate sites for commercial projects. No matter if Parul is assisting a client in selling or buying a home, her warmth and the innate care sets her apart. With a strong ability to relate to and understand her client's needs, she is able to efficiently bring about ideal results, quickly. Her love for art has fine tuned her creativity, keen marketing sense and her ability to visualize a space, allowing her to identify the unique aspects of each home in order to promote the property. When asked about her exceptional negotiation skills, Parul laughs about having grown up shopping in Indian markets where even the price of bread is negotiable - this was the best education possible.

In her spare time, Parul's compassion compels her to lend her support to many non-profits, and she donates a portion of her net income to charities of her client's choice. Her involvement with charitable communities, as well as her passion for travel, have taken her to countries across the world including Jamaica, Mexico, Dubai, Kenya and almost all of Europe.

Prior to real estate, Parul was a Strategic Management Consultant at a Big Four firm. She attended University of Pittsburgh's Honors College, one of the top five Analytical Philosophy departments in the world, to earn her Bachelor's in Philosophy.
