Natalie Rakowski is a founding member of CORE, where she works closely with Shaun Osher and developer clients in the areas of strategic planning and design. Before coming to CORE, Natalie was consistently one of the top performing brokers in Manhattan for over 12 years, and she has also worked on many new developments. Natalie continues to advance her knowledge of all aspects of real estate through private study of architecture and interiors, construction, and marketing
Natalie was born in Berlin and holds a degree in Economics from NYU. At the age of 21, she began her career as a real estate broker and developer when she founded a company which helped Holocaust survivors and their families recover property in East Berlin. She remains actively involved with many remembrance organizations, including the Holocaust Museum in New York City.
