Bio
With a decade of real estate industry experience, Sale Associate Michael Rubin specializes in the sale of properties in neighborhoods including Chelsea, the Flatiron and Gramercy.
Michael’s degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University and certificate in international marketing and management from Hanze University in The Netherlands have aided in his understanding of how an effective marketing strategy can result in a successful transaction.
Having traveled and lived around the world, Michael is able to accommodate each of his clients’ unique needs and prides himself on being a strong listener and communicator. These skills are an integral part of his success in real estate, where he meets clients from all walks of life and dedicates himself to understanding each of their needs and goals.
Before joining CORE, Michael worked as a senior account manager for a specialty sales firm in Manhattan. During his tenure, he was a noted top producer who increased new business by high percentages each year. This sales atmosphere taught Michael how to deliver the highest level of client service even under the most stressful circumstances.
Although born in Arizona, Michael grew up in the suburbs of New York City. He currently lives close to Madison Square Park in the Flatiron District. When not exploring new places in the City, he enjoys traveling, reading, skiing and boxing.
