Associate Broker, Jarrod Guy Randolph, specializes in the successful representation of luxury properties throughout Manhattan. Recently named to Forbes' prestigious list of "30 under 30", Jarrod is recognized for directly representing developers on new condominium developments and working with high-end buyers in excess of $20M. With over a decade of experience, Jarrod's professional representation has resulted in individual sales valued at over $500 million. Among his notable roster of new developments are addresses such as 84 Bedford Street, Starck Downtown--15 Broad Street, 4 West 21st Street, River Lofts, Ariel East and West, The Lucida--151 East 85th Street and 515 East 72nd Street.

Along with his new development expertise, Jarrod is a trusted sales professional and practiced market analyst renowned for his knowledge in the New York City residential sector. He has successfully represented clients as a buyer's broker in over $100 million in purchases in the last three years. His awareness of the market provides clients with instrumental information which guides their decision making.
