Ivana Nikolic joined CORE in 2006. Among her work on other projects, she played a key role in the launch and sales of Chelsea’s premier new development - 246 West 17th Street. New development is Ivana’s passion, and she works closely with developers, architects, branding firms, and real estate attorneys throughout the course of a project - from concept until the last apartment sells and closes.

She applied that energy and commitment to selling out 218 North 8th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in record time, during what was a particularly challenging period for sales in that neighborhood. Her understanding of the market, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the neighborhood, which she’s gained as a longtime resident of Williamsburg - Greenpoint, made her a valuable asset and contributed greatly to the success of the project.

A property owner herself, Ivana understands firsthand the sales and purchase process. She teams with a trusted group of real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, and lenders and carefully and intelligently guides her clients through every step of their respective transaction.

Before launching her real estate career, Ivana worked in marketing for the fashion industry - including top brands such as J.Crew - in catalog design and production, merchandise promotion and modeling. Her experience in marketing and promotion informs her work on new development projects on a daily basis.

Ivana received a BA in psychology from Rutgers University. She is fluent in Serbian and has traveled extensively throughout Europe. An avid runner, Ivana enjoys training in Central Park and is a regular competitor in the New York City Marathon.
