As an intensely goal-oriented individual, Evan is exhilarated by the pursuit of client satisfaction. Whether he is hunting for a buyer's dream property or procuring top-dollar for his seller, nothing gives him more pleasure than surpassing his clients' expectations. Evan was attracted to a career in real estate because of the way that property blends functional living needs with artistic design. Evan has years of first-hand real estate experience, having bought and sold several properties in Lower Manhattan where he has lived for the past 14 years.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Evan worked at Miramax Films for a number of years and was signed to CAA as a screenwriter and director. As a filmmaker, he enjoyed working with people and cultivating experiences from many different directions. Since joining CORE, Evan has found that the fast-paced competitive nature of Hollywood was the perfect preparation for the world of Manhattan real estate.

Evan grew up in Livingston, NJ. Always ingrained in the collaborative art of theater, Evan attended NYU's Tisch School for the arts for film and television. Currently, Evan resides in Greenwich Village where he continues to enjoy his love affair with cinema and is a proud Media Circle Member of GLAAD.
