Bio

As a Managing Director at CORE, Emily Beare is the firm's go-to specialist for clients seeking to navigate the Manhattan luxury residential sector. In collaboration with her son and daughter, David and Elizabeth, her expertise spans re-sales and high-end rentals to new construction, in exclusive enclaves from Central Park to Chelsea and beyond. Emily boasts over a half billion dollars in sales to date.

In addition to working with her re-sale clientele, Emily is a strong new development sales and marketing force, responsible for the sellout of 141 Fifth Avenue, the hugely successful downtown Beaux Arts conversion containing a $12 million triplex penthouse built-out in the building's cupola dome. Additionally, she single-handedly sold out 520 West Chelsea, the new construction development located near the High Line Park, before closings on the building commenced.

She has been featured in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, among other media outlets, for her work on the City's ultimate trophy properties including 15 Central Park West. She has consistently appeared on The Real Deal’s annual list of top producing brokers for her record sales in various Manhattan neighborhoods and was named among The Real Deal’s 2010 "Top Agents." Emily is also a New York Residential Specialist, a REBNY "Board Certified" designation awarded to top New York City brokers who have successfully completed a special course which provides additional education in real estate brokerage, law, ethics, marketing, and finance.

Prior to real estate, she ran a successful watch business and had a career trading gold on the commodities exchange. In addition to her business background, Emily holds a Bachelors of Science in Art History and Photography. Affable, professional, and discreet, Emily strives to exceed expectations. She is a trusted advisor to her loyal clientele which includes noted restaurateurs, developers, architects, and designers.

Emily is a proud supporter of The New York City Ballet and the Mount Sinai Women’s Health Program. She is also involved with the Lalela Project, a South African charity, which promotes the global exchange of ideas, art and music to empower children affected by extreme poverty.
