Originally from Los Angeles, Debbie Batres has been involved in the real estate industry for over a decade. From an early age, Debbie was drawn to the idea of working with people on one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives – buying or selling real estate. At the age of 16, she began working in real estate and has been consistently recognized as a top-producing agent.

Debbie is an expert negotiator and is known for finding innovative solutions to get her clients the results they want. Her goal is to have clients feel excited about their purchase, sale or lease transaction by guiding them comfortably through the process and creating innovative ways to get the job done. Debbie also has an extensive financial background on the lender side and owned a real estate and mortgage company in Los Angeles for 6 years.

Debbie currently lives near Columbus Circle in the Midtown West neighborhood of Manhattan. In her spare time, Debbie is actively involved in a company which centers on brand development for non-profits focusing on cancer research and awareness.
