Bio
As Senior Vice President at CORE, Adrian Noriega is one of Manhattan’s rising real estate stars. Having previously worked for two of New York City's largest real estate firms over a ten year span, Adrian brought a wealth of expertise as an established and seasoned professional when he joined CORE in 2010. Since then, he has made a name for himself with a proven track record of multi-million dollar sales.
Adrian’s thorough knowledge of various Manhattan neighborhoods coupled with a talent for marketing and negotiation has enabled him to successfully garner the highest dollar per square foot for many of his customers. The majority of these transactions have resulted in his clients either getting the asking price or above. Adrian has also been triumphant in helping clients quickly move their properties – his most notable achievement was a Chelsea listing which went into contract in the record time of one week in a building where other units sat dormant for nearly six months. His ability to not only satisfy but exceed his customers’ expectations, is the reason for maintaining a high client retention rate. Adrian’s honest and direct approach is largely why his clients remain loyal and refer new business to him.
As a Manhattan resident for over 14 years, Adrian understands what is typically important to clients looking to buy or sell in the City. More importantly, he also makes sure to listen to their needs - this is the keystone for how he conducts his business. Adrian is careful to provide every necessary detail, enabling his clients to make informed decisions. He recognizes buying or selling a home is a big life decision which is sometimes an overwhelming process, so his priority is to deliver top-quality service, making each transaction as stress-free as possible. With more than a decade of invaluable experience, Adrian Noriega is recognized as a trusted authority when it comes to Manhattan real estate. He and his properties have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and The Real Deal as well as internationally on European real estate shows. He is also regularly featured on HGTV’s hit TV show, Selling New York.
In addition to a successful real estate career, Adrian is very involved with his community and is a patron of the arts. He has worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, has served on the committee of the Young Patrons Society that raises scholarship money for the performing arts program and has participated in GLAAD’s Media Circle major donor program. Through his ties to Broadway and his passion for theatre, Adrian participates and contributes to a number of organizations. He is currently an active member of The Angel Circle for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
