Adrian Noriega is an agent at CORE, having previously worked at one of New York City's top real estate firms. In 2009 and 2010, Adrian was named among the top 2% of the entire company in sales. As a member of the "Million Dollar Club," Adrian brings a thorough knowledge of the sales and rental market to every client with whom he works.

The chief principle that Adrian incorporates into each of his real estate transactions is to ensure that his clients are confident in their decision to sell or buy a home. Adrian provides every detail necessary for his clients to be able to make an informed decision for a purchase or sale. It is Adrian's honest, respectful and direct approach that assures his clients that satisfying their needs is his top priority. He diligently sees to it that each client is offered optimum service throughout the process, including post-transaction follow-up. Adrian understands that the process of selling or buying a home can be overwhelming and he is committed to alleviating any pressures for his clients. He prides himself in finding effective solutions for both complex and simple situations.

In addition to a successful real estate career, Adrian is very involved with his community. He is passionate about the performing arts, enjoys Broadway theatre and is a committee member of the Young Patrons Society for the Performing Arts and The New School, which raises money for scholarships for students in the performing arts program. He is also a Young Correspondent in the Media Circle, GLAAD's major donor program and a Host Committee Member for Jeffrey Fashion Cares 2011.

Adrian studied Communications at Marymount Manhattan College and enjoys the culture and life experiences New York City has to offer.
